The use of illegal fireworks is significantly greater in cities that allow the sale of legal fireworks. Agree, but only as to a comparison of the city of Stanton to other cities serviced by the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Since we do not patrol the other cities that permit the sale of fireworks, we are not in a position to comment on a comparison of them with other cities.
