R13Page 1C: SFPD and the Police Commission should make if official policy that in those instances when the names of officers involved in an OIS incident are not released due to a credible threat to the officers' safety, the SFPD shall release the names of all officers involved as soon as the SFPD determines that the credible threat has passed.
