Not meeting State mandated minimum unappropriated reserves The unappropriated values for 2024-2027 are based on current and projected total cash fund balance, minus restricted and other appropriated funds. Adding in discretionary reserves decided upon by the district office reveal reserve percentages of 17.3% for FY 2024-25, 14.2% for FY 2025-2026 and 13.8% for FY 2026-2027.
