r 5, 2019. Pursuant to Penal Code 933.05, I am required to respond to this Grand Jury report. During the inspection, they took an extensive tour of the facility and interviewed PGYCC staff as well as other youth and me. In their report, they made four findings and two recommendations. FINDINGS:
