Calaveras County Civil Grand Jury recommends the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors provide their direction on whether or not the County will proceed with the construction of the industry standard compatible facility outlined in the plans purchased through the contract with LDA Partners, Inc., by October 1, 2025, in order to minimize the impacts of future financial market factors on plan viability.
