A gym for Gray Avenue Middle school be added to the project list YCUSD Response to FllRl: The gym roof at Andros Karperos is a metal roof with a typical life span of 40 to 50 years. This roof was installed 20 years ago so there is still a significant useful life left for the roof. The roofing flashing was installed inconecfly causing the roof leaks. ln December 2018, the District contracted with RUA and Son Mechanical to reinstall and repair the roof flashings. The roof leaks have stopped after the repairs were made.
