R1Page 129As an on-going effort toward transparency and to keep the public and the city councilmembers properly informed, city staff should take great care in the wording of Agenda Staff Reports and the corresponding items listed on the agenda. Specific definitions such as budgetary fund numbers and acronyms should be used so as to avoid misconceptions.
