General Services maintains WPD's emergency generator. Response (General Services Agency Director): The Mendocino County GSA Director agrees with this finding. The generator was serviced on June 6, 2011

WPD is located in a County owned building. The roof has leaked every year since 1988 when the building was first occupied. Repeated repairs by General Services have not been successful. Leaks are known to cause structural damage and mold. Response (General Services Agency Director): The Mendocino County GSA Director disagrees partially with this finding. All facilities are different and therefore I cannot agree with the statement that leaks cause structural damage and mold.
