1 No later than November 1, 2014, the Board of Trustees of each Reclamation District is to review their current legal services contract to assure it contains all services provided by the law firm and that the contract contains all relevant information required under Federal and State laws and regulations to assure reimbursement of permitted costs in the event of an emergency. RESPONSE: The Board of Trustees of RD 2107 will review it's current legal services agreement to assure that it contains all provisions necessary to maintain eligibility for reimbursement in emergencies and non-emergencies. This Reclamation District meets on an as needed basis and within the schedules of the volunteer Trustee members. Due to these constraints, the legal services contract will be reviewed by the November 1, 2014 deadline, or soon thereafter. Keeping in mind however that legal services are currently not a reimbursable expense under state and federal reimbursement programs.
