Response: The respondent disagrees with the finding and concurs with the response from the Department of Community Services. The Board is aware of the need to update the General Plan in the future, though there is no statutory or regulatory requirement for how often the General Plan must be updated. When appropriate, the Board will allocate funds to update the General Plan as part of the annual budget process.
