Each of the School District Boards should direct the Superintendent to contact all schools in their district at the start of each calendar year to confirm they are compliant with the requirements of SB1266. The recommendation is included in our Board Policy and Administrative Regulation #5141.2 Administering Medications and Monitoring Health Regulations. This policy was last updated in March of 2015.
