While the City's Conflict of Interest Code has not been requested by members of the public at any time during the preceding four years, it is readily available upon request and can be obtained in person at the City Clerk's Office or emailed to those making such request. RECOMMENDATIONS The Grand Jury recommends that each city council of the 10 cities within Ventura
