P&E room personnel perform well in insuring the safeguarding of Evidence Property. The chain of custody is maintained through their protocols for securing, preserving, tracking, storing, and retrieving evidence.

No significant issues were identified regarding the handling of Found Property. During 2008 and 2009, five claims, totaling $1,123, were settled for Safekeeping
