The northern door in dormitory bay two had a rag stuffed at the threshold. I agree with the finding.

Provide data on recidivism rates, continuing education and gainful employment for released wards on the PGYCC website. [F8] The recommendation requires further analysis. Grand Jury's recommendation has been forwarded to the Department's IT support. However, since the loss of the Department's parole department we no longer have the ability to track recidivism.
