Recommendations: R-01: Disagree The timeline and the oversight are more than adequate and include annual visits; annual programmatic reports; monthly attendance of VCOE oversight staff at charter school board meetings; 2/year director meetings; regular correspondence R-02: Has been implemented. R-03: Disagree VCOE conducts regular meetings for all charter school directors from the County. VCOE also conducts a variety of trainings, including trainings for Brown Act compliance for board members and charter school staff. Furthermore, VCOE is always and readily available for any questions and guidance county charter schools need. R-04: Disagree The VCOE already has the Charter School Oversight Director attend each monthly board meeting and conduct annual site inspections as well as programmatic reports. We believe that this is consistent and sufficient oversight. R-05: Disagree See above. We also have a very solid MOU in place with the VCOE in addition to our petition. .
