The Individual Education Plan (IEP) assessment is determined by the school’s IEP team (comprised of the student’s parents, teachers, program specialists); not by a SELPA Care Team. Findings 34-48: Eel River Charter School is not authorized by Ukiah Unified School District, so I have no knowledge as to whether the findings are accurate. No response to recommendations: As the Ukiah Unified School District Charter School Consultant, I have no jurisdiction to implement the recommendations.
