CL1 Page 7It is recognized that the Trinity County Sheriff’s Department faces many challenges with the current Detention Facility including staffing and the age of the facility and equipment. Under these circumstances the staff is commended for their professional attitude and efforts to maintain the facility. No inmate health or safety issues were evident due to the constraints imposed by the budget.
