Metal Shelf under steel table in the kitchen is broken and needs to be welded or bolted. Response to Finding #1: / The respondent (San Joaquin County Sheriff/Coroner's Office) agrees with the finding. The shelf was welded and procedures for the maintenance of the equipment in the kitchen are in place. A regular preventative maintenance schedule has been put into place with documentation. See attached photographs of the repairs.
