Response: Disagree partially with finding The Prop 36 committee reviewed this and finds no evidence to support. There are many factors that may have an impact upon an increase in crime rates in particular cities or within a County or state. Factors that may have an impact are the current economy, echo boom and the unemployment rate. Funding is inadequate to support sufficient residential and intensive outpatient needs.
