All meeting agendas and minutes for the Humboldt Lodging Alliance, including both the board of directors and the Executive Committee, were added to the Alliance's website (www.humboldtlodging.com) in April of 2014. The website is updated monthly with the latest agendas and minutes, and notifications of upcoming meetings are made at least 72 hours in advance. We believe that we have provided the County of Humboldt with the information required by our contract, and will work diligently to assure that all requirements for notification and reporting are met. We are currently working on our 2013-2014 annual report, to be presented to the County and to all assessed businesses in the Humboldt Tourism Business Improvement District. The Humboldt Lodging Alliance board of directors takes seriously its obligations in managing the district, and looks forward to cooperating in any way we can.
