The Town of Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department, as a member of the Police Chiefs' Association of Santa Clara County, should advocate for revision of the Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse Protocol for Santa Clara Law Enforcement. Agree. The recommendation has not been implemented, but will be implemented in the future. Chief Matt Frisby, as a member of the Police Chiefs' Association of Santa Clara County, will advocate for revision of the Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse Protocol for Santa Clara Law Enforcement, in a manner appropriate with meeting and agenda protocols associated with meeting practices for the Santa Clara County Police Chiefs' Association.
