R03-01:
The Board concurs with the response from the Health Department dated August 20, 2003.
R03-02:
The Board concurs with the response from the Health Department dated August 20, 2003. In addition the decision to expand the Mosquito Vector District to the entire County would need to be made by those living outside the area. Past and present Board members in the Orland Area have attempted to organize, to provide for Vector Abatement. There has been little or no success.
R03-03:

R03-27:
All faculty members, including substitute teachers, should receive a copy of master.
R19-19:
All schools must have detailed blueprints of the school available in the school district office and the police, sheriff, and fire departments.
R19-20:
All doors need to lock from inside/outside for intruder prevention.
R19-21:
All lower windows need to be able to be covered by protective material to prevent intruders from visualization of the students and school personnel.
R19-22:
All schools should have at least the minimum number of drills as set by the school board.
R19-23:
Red Alert (intruder) drills need to be increased.
R19-24:
Continue distribution and use of student handbooks.
R19-25:
Quiz students at least twice a year on the safety/discipline policies and the procedures to verify their knowledge and ability to implement the plan.
R19-26:
Develop a Volunteer Assistance Program for all the schools, focusing on the high-risk students. Emphasis needs to be placed on the community day schools and the community high schools to enhance their programs and the safety of the faculty and the students. We recommend the use of Regional Occupation Program students, Butte and Chico State, parents, Community Resource Agency and Public Health, etc.
