  ByJanuary l, 2024, the Washington Unified School District should initiate an audit ofinvestigations involving violence andbullying conducted by Yolo High School leadership between 2021 and 2023, using independent experts to identify any investigations foundto be incomplete or improperly concluded, thentake remedial action. In addition, the District shouldreview the investigations training completedby the school administration to evaluate its effectiveness and seek opportunities for improvement. The findings and outcomes ofthis review should be shared with the Grand Jury. The District’s responses to the GrandJury’s request for additional information are set forth below in the format required by Penal Code section 933.05.
