HHS Lease The Board of Supervisors had not yet completed the written real property policy it has agreed to establish, as of the time of the finalization of the 2015 Reports. Such a policy 82 was seen by the 2014 Grand Jury as a way to avoid repeating what it considered to be major mistakes made in the HHS lease(s) process. In May of 2015, a draft version of the County’s “Leasing of Real Property” policy was received in the Grand Jury office. The 2014-2015 Jury requests that the 2015- 2016 Jury follow up on this matter.
