2023-2025 Strategic Plan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has been aware of trichloroethylene contamination at the Lincoln Titan 1-A Missile Site since 1991 and has assumed

responsibility for remediation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is installing additional monitoring wells bordering
