Guadalupe: Over the past 11 years spent $10.9 million; received $11.5 million in Tax Increment; has $19.9 million in outstanding long-term debt and obligations. Response to Finding 3: The City of Guadalupe agrees with this finding. The annual Statement of Indebtedness (SOI) report filed with the Department of Finance is posted and available for each year from the State of California. This document provides all of the data needed regarding Tax Increment Revenue and existing Agency Debt.
