In 2013 Caltrans conducted a formal review of Humboldt County’s program compliance with the ADA. In the nine assessments listed of the Review, Caltrans found only one to be compliant. The Caltrans Review also disclosed that the County was entirely unresponsive in providing the required update status reports.
