The Yolo County Sheriff’s Office should continue to fill vacant positions to offer the culinary training as an added program to assist incarcerated persons to develop marketable skills that can be used upon release.

The Yolo County Sheriff’s Office should continue to find a contractor to procure Record Management System/Jail Management System programs within the 2024-2025 budget year.

The Yolo County Sheriff’s Office should continue the search for an RFID system that is compatible with the facilities and, if found, submit a request to the Yolo County Board of Supervisors by April 1, 2025, to invest in this technology.
