The Grand Jury's investigation revealed no evidence of fraudulent voter registration taking place in Ventura County. The Registrar's Office is very efficiently run. In a matter of moments, it is possible to discover the status of any voter. The updating of the list of active registered voters is sometimes delayed since it depends on when the Registrar receives notice from various sources.
