COMMENDATION The Grand Jury finds that the Corning Water District is doing a good job managing the needs of customers as well as covering debts and increased water fees. This is especially true as the District has no control over the fees they have to pay for water and the assessments incurred for construction and maintenance to have the water available for distribution.
