However, although not required by California Code or a City of Ojai Ordinance, as the Election Official for the City of Ojai, I will develop a form to be signed at the time of their election, to be signed under penalty of perjury, that requires the elected official to notify the City Clerk's Office within 15 days of any change of address or of any voter registration change.
