California Government Code Section 25150 requires the Board Of Supervisors to publish a fair statement of all of its proceedings within ten (10) days of each meeting. The current policy and procedures of the Plumas County Board of Supervisors, with regard to posting of minutes, are not in compliance with this statute. 10
