The Fort Bragg Middle School currently communicates with both English and Spanish speaking parents and students in both languages, and those communications will be dated. The FBMS website is equipped with an automatic translator function that allows people to view the information in the language of their choice.

The Fort Bragg Middle School Emergency Response Plan will include all contact phone numbers for television and radio stations that broadcast in our area. We currently do not have emails addresses for any of these stations.

The recommendation is being implemented throughout the District. Common planning time is provided in the schedule at the middle school for 09-10 school years. FBUSD is encouraged by the new executive director at the Redwood Coast Senior Center and will gladly enter into feasible partnerships with RCSC. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your recommendations. Our vision is to create an environment where, • All students come to school prepared and eager to learn. • All students will understand that they are actively supported in their efforts to succeed socially and academically. • Our students will become productive, responsible, and successful citizens of the global community.
