Cross-jurisdictional collaboration and coordination will be required for successful adaptation efforts, but Marin lacks any overarching organizational or governance Greg Chanis structure to facilitate this. Town Manager Response- The Town of Tiburon partially disagrees with this Finding. We agree there is no single countywide entity facilitating these efforts, however, there are numerous existing examples of cross jurisdictional collaboration and coordination. These include: BayWAVE, Drawdown: Marin, the Marin Climate & Energy Partnership (MCEP), and the recently formed Marin Wildfire Prevent Authority (MWPA).
