R1The recommendation of completing a timetable and checking in with the Auditor- Controller will be gladly done by myself, Anja Spears, the secretary to the Board of Directors, to Riverdale Part Tract Community Service District. I will update the Auditor-Controller every 30 days with the status of the audit. More specifically the update to the Auditor Controller will be on the 12th of every month. Timeline: I, Anja Spears, project Riverdale Park Tract Community Service District should have all of their outstanding audit years to Charles Strand CPA That should bring our Audits into the Auditor-Controller office I would assume in May or June of 2013 (due to tax season). I am aiming to get the files to Mr. Strand sooner, hopefully by the end of October in hopes that he is able to complete the audit before the end of the year.
