– The Civil Grand Jury finds that the Town of Los Altos Hills produces monthly treasurer's report but the content of those reports lacks monthly disbursements, receipts, and fund balances required by California Government Code 41004 by March 15, 2023. Response – The Town of Los Altos Hills agrees with this finding. Recommendation 3 – The Town of Los Altos Hills should update their existing monthly reports to include monthly disbursements, receipts, and fund balances by March 15, 2023. Response – The recommendation has been implemented to include monthly disbursements, receipts, and fund balances. The report was included in the January 24, 2023 City Council Agenda. This concludes the Town's responses to the findings and recommendations in the Final Report.
