F.3.: Many Orange County school campuses were constructed to reflect and "open and inviting" atmosphere but are now faced with physical and philosophical security issues that challenge this thinking.

Of the schools within our district, all were built in the 1950's and 1960's and can be considered to reflect an "open and inviting" atmosphere.
