Anaheim Union High School District is reviewed by the California State Response 2: Department of Education Child Nutrition Division administered by the United State Department of Agriculture to ensure all food and beverages prepared or supplied at school comply with regulation. All school sites are visited by nutrition services personnel to make certain that the schools remain in compliance. The school principal and food service director are notified of any area found out of compliance and are responsible for corrective action.
