F1: The acquisition of Candlewick complex has provided a one stop location for all city business, i.e., water utility payment, building permits, planning and engineering, human resources, finance and administration, public works maintenance and storage, city vehicle repairs and maintenance.
F2: The acquisition of Candlewick complex has provided a recreation complex which includes a teen center, dance room, supervised play area, basketball courts, boxing ring, a CrossFit training area, a walking track, and an indoor soccer field. The recreation department has provided an array of activities for the community and is viewed as a model for excellence.

F1: – There is a need to develop a specific schedule for maintenance of the grounds including lawn care, filling gopher holes and tree trimming.

R1: – Continue to develop a specific schedule for maintenance of the grounds to make sure that the grounds remain respectful.
F2: – There is not a regular schedule for cleaning out fresh or artificial flowers that have been placed on gravesites.

F3: – Information sheets and price lists of the Cemetery were only available when the manager actually printed a copy on his computer.
